When we looked at the local trash valet industry here along the Emerald Coast, we saw an opportunity to bring that same corporate level professionalism and heart led service to a vital neighborhood need.

The Spark Behind Park-Yer Can

My wife, Katy, spent years excelling in the demanding world of small and large corporate banking. In the banking world, there is no room for error. Katy mastered the art of precision, keeping complex systems perfectly organized and strictly on time. Her dedication to accuracy is unmatched.

For a while, Katy transitioned her skills into the local trash valet industry here in the Panhandle. While she loved serving the community, her banking background and eye for detail quickly noticed a glaring problem. Homeowners and vacation rental hosts were frequently being let down. Cans were being missed, properties were facing steep fines, and worst of all, homeowners were left paying hard earned money for a service they simply were not receiving because no one showed up.

We looked at each other and knew the hardworking property owners of the Panhandle deserved better. We knew they deserved a service built on trust, not empty promises.

Our Philosophy

We founded Park-Yer Can to bridge the gap between high end property logistics and old fashioned, neighborly care. We take Katy’s flawless organizational tracking systems and pair them with my passion for customer care to build a trash valet service that never misses a day.
