It’s completely hands-free for you! Our team arrives the evening before your local city collection day to roll your trash and recycling bins down to the curb. Once the city has emptied them, we return to your property that same evening to neatly park them back in their designated storage area.

• Roll-Out: Bins are moved to the curb the evening before your scheduled pickup day, typically between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

• Roll-Back: Bins are returned to your house the evening of your pickup day, once the city trucks have finished their routes

No, you do not need to be home! However, we do require unobstructed access to your bins. If your bins are kept behind a fence, the gate must remain unlocked on service days. During your online onboarding, you can upload photos and notes to show us exactly how to access your property safely.

Our standard valet plan covers the rollout and rollback of your official city-issued bins. Any trash must be securely bagged inside the cans. If you have extra loose debris, large cardboard boxes, or small yard trimmings, please contact us ahead of time to arrange a One-Time / Custom Service visit.

Absolutely not. All of our residential and vacation rental plans are billed on a transparent, month-to-month basis. You can pause, adjust, or cancel your service at any time through your customer portal with no penalty.

While we guarantee that your bins will be perfectly positioned at the curb in time for the city trucks, we cannot control city utility delays. If the city misses a route, leave your bins at the curb; we monitor local delays and will return to park them back as soon as they are emptied.

To ensure the absolute safety of our team and maintain operational focus, we do not offer emergency storm or hurricane securing services. Property owners are responsible for securing their own bins if severe coastal weather threatens the area.

Our Vacation Rental Plan is optimized specifically for high-turnover properties. We align our visits with standard local pickup schedules to ensure your guests never arrive to overflowing, smelly bins left by previous renters.
